Project Background: Improving Material Handling Efficiency in a Russian Manufacturing Plant

During production, steel materials, semi-finished products, and equipment parts require frequent handling.
The original workshop relied on forklifts and manual transportation. This resulted in low efficiency. It also created safety risks. As production capacity expanded.
