LDY Single girder overhead crane is mainly used for lifting molten metal and foundries in metallurgy. The lifting hoist is YH metallurgy wire-rope electric hoist with lifting capacity reaching 10t. LDY electric single girder crane is a product developed on the basis of LD electric single girder overhead crane. It is used in conjunction with metallurgical electric hoist, which can meet the requirements of lifting molten metal. Its main girder rigidity and strength are designed in accordance with requirements of lifting melting metal.
YZ Type 75／20~125／32t Double-beam Cast Bridge Crane is composed of boxed bridge frame, hook, crane travelling mechanism and electric system. The main hook employs a load tool as the lifting device to hoist steel ladle, the auxiliary hook cooperate with the main hook to accomplish pouring of molten steel and steel slag, and other auxiliary hoisting.Use various speed system with speed ratio as 1:10 for main mechanisms such as hoisting, trolley traversing and crane travelling. Also we can choose the suitable speed under the customer requirement.
Electromagnetic overhead cranes with magnet beam are designed for lifting long steel billets, plates, bars, and coils via a suspension beam, with optional electromagnetic chucks, clamps, or special hook groups. They support custom non-standard lifting capacities and suit Class A6~A7 duty cycles.
An electromagnetic chuck bridge crane, operating on elevated rails, is a type of electric overhead crane that uses electromagnets to handle metal loads. Its bridge runs longitudinally along tracks on elevated rails, while the lifting trolley moves transversely along the bridge, forming a rectangular working range to utilize the space under the bridge fully—unobstructed by ground equipment.
Grab overhead cranes, fitted with grabs and hoisting gear, specialize in handling powder and granular bulk materials. Available in single girder and double girder configurations, they boost factory output and ensure safe operation. Customizable for specific work sites and needs, they can also include dust covers, cutting edge seals, etc., to suit marine and other special conditions.
Free Standing Jib Cranes are independent lifting systems mounted to the ground via a base plate, requiring no wall or column support. The rotating boom provides flexible coverage within a defined radius, ideal for material handling in workshops, warehouses, and production lines—especially for frequent lifting of small to medium loads.
